Awful company. Ordered engineered wooden floor. After 6 months when it was delivered 3 accessories were wrong( door bar, stair nose and beading. The store manager was unable to correct the order and suggested I just get the accessories from other flooring companies source myself. The floor still not finished 2 weeks on the floor delivered. There is no communication between the fitter and carpetright to see things trough or solve. I am calling the fitter daily to help me sort things out. Calling Carpetright who is absolutely useless. Carpetright is very good to take your order in store but that ends there. To actually finish the job they leave it to you when things go wrong. They actually have a marketing "leave it all to us" that's a complete lie. I should of source myself and getting a fitter and all materials in. Their service between manufacturer and fitter is not exist which supposed to be their job! I also question fair treatment of their customer as when I ordered the engineered wood although they knew items were missing /or should of check the order before delivery they still delivered. They must know parts missing or check. Not a trustworthy company

The process to add a product to my basket worked really well. The journey was simple.When it came to the ordering process it was a complete disaster. The process crashed a number of times. Out of frustration I tried calling Carpet Right to book through them but they were busy. In the end, after around 8 attempts I was able to place the order online.I was very close to going somewhere else.I dont think that the website works well on Android devices.

Excellent service by the sales lady. Very informative and knowledgeable. Only glitch was the computer system playing up.

If I could score 0 I would do so. I placed my order on March 22nd. A friendly fitter came and measured up. Stupidly, we paid up there and then in full; we were told it was in stock otherwise I would not have placed the order. Six weeks later, over six weeks in fact, I’d heard nothing at all. I discovered my carpet had not even arrived in the store. On phoning head office I discovered it had been out of stock. Yet my money was taken and nothing at all was said. Now I’m told I will have to wait another 4 weeks for delivery. Dreadful. I will never use Carpetright again.


Sales assistant was really knowledgeable and helpful. It was a shame the “free carpet fitting” promotion wasn’t clear it only applied when spending £500 on carpet. Not clear at all.

Helpful staff and great selection of carpets to choose from.

First time I instructed Carpetright to come measure up my property for some new carpets. After a few weeks of waiting for a quote, I finally received this today. After going through the quote line by line it seems like Carpetright are trying it on with their over measures. Typical example, I need circa 40m2 of underlay, Carpetright trying to charge me for 63m2. They have also over measured the carpets which has bumped up the price considerably. My advice to anyone is to be aware and verify your quotes with your own measures.

I went in knowing pretty much what I wanted, the guy serving me understood & showed me the options available. I felt he was honest, not trying to upsell the products I was looking at & gave me what I felt to be valuable info & advice. Less than half hour & carpet was ordered & I was out the door. Lost 1 point purely because the carpet wont be available for 3 weeks which I personally thought was a bit long. A way better experience so far that previous purchase there. I just hope that when they arrive, the fitters aren't as rude & agressive as the last lot.

Ordered and paid. Got receipt. Got questionaire .... But didn't get anything to tell me when I can collect my carpet... Which is the whole point in buying things

Problems answering phone had to order online cant c proper colour iam 76 years old found it hard
